Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation. We ship within Nairobi and to major towns across Kenya.

Nairobi Deliveries

Same-day dispatch available for orders placed before 2:00 PM. Delivery typically takes 2–4 hours within Nairobi using our dedicated riders or partner couriers.

Nationwide Shipping

Orders outside Nairobi are shipped via G4S, Fargo Courier, or equivalent. Delivery takes 1–3 business days depending on location.

Pickup

You can collect your order from any of our four pickup points in Nairobi at no extra cost. See our Pickup Points page for locations and hours.
