Returns Window

You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Electrical components must not have been installed or tampered with.

How to Return

Contact us via phone or WhatsApp to initiate a return. We'll guide you through the process and arrange pickup or drop-off at your nearest pickup point.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are sent to your M-Pesa or bank account.
